At European Tour Productions/IMG, I act as the senior escalation and coordination point across production, digital, technical and client teams, managing risk, delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations across more than 70 annual live events. This is a role that requires the ability to hold multiple complex threads simultaneously — from rights-holder relationships and broadcast obligations to creative quality and operational delivery.

I have provided senior leadership across Original and Branded Content, ensuring campaigns align with Tour values, audience expectations and partner objectives. The team I lead has been recognised consistently through industry award nominations and wins for innovative storytelling during a period of significant organisational transformation.

At ESPN, as Events and Planning Lead, I coordinated content teams at major global events including Wimbledon, the Ryder Cup and the Olympics, ensuring effective use of shared resources globally. This required close collaboration with US-based audio, video and broadcast teams, as well as multi-market rights stakeholders, to align digital output with ESPN+ distribution and contractual obligations.
